Rod and Pam welcome you to this attractive local pub which started life originally as farm cottages. It was once known as Ye Olde Spotted Cow and changed its name in 1923 to commemorate John Selden, a famous Worthing parliamentarian. It comprises two bars, no-smoking 70 cover dining room, terrace garden and two car parks. Real ales are Fullers London Pride, Greene King Abbott, Spitfire and Ansells. Home cooked food with a monthly changing menu is served every lunchtime and 5 evenings.
