It comprises of a main bar with a wood burner fire, 34 cover restaurant and an enclosed garden with views of the downs to Pevensey Bay. Real ales are Harveys and a regular guest ale that changes. A very comprehensive menu of home made food including pies and suet puddings, a range of fresh fish and vegetarian dishes is served every session along with a traditional roast on Sunday.
