Trevor and Jennifer welcome you to this large popular community pub. Its name derives from Robert de Mortain who was the half brother of William the Conqueror. It was the Observer Pub of the Year for 3 consecutive years and comprises a spacious main bar, games area, upstairs carvery/function room, balcony and a large attractive garden. Real ales are Greene King IPA, Abbott and Ruddles County. An extensive range of food is served M-F lunchtime and evening along with a carvery all day Saturday and Sunday.
