Jude and Dave are the new owners of this charming and historic 16th century coaching inn situated on the A21 close to Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle. The old bar retains its low beams and open fire, our other bar has been refurbished to provide light and airy dining and the garden will always have those panoramic views across the Sussex countryside. A range of real ales and fine wines and use locally sourced produce to provide traditional fresh pub food in a regularly changing menu that includes the good old Sunday roast.
