The Blue Ship is a delightful unspoilt country pub which is ideally situated for walkers. It dates back to 14th century in parts and comprises four bar areas with open fires and a secluded beer garden with childrens play area. Real ales are King & Barnes Sussex, Hall & Woodhouse Ales and Seasonal Ales. All food is home made and served every lunchtime and Tu-Sa eves and includes pies, soup, ploughmans, fish and salads. Overall it is a quiet pub with no music or fruit machines - just good company.
