The Bader Arms was open by Sir Douglas Bader in 1981 and has lots of aviation memorabillia in the bar. It comprises the Douglas Bader Bar, Spitfire lounge and upstairs function room called the Tangmere Wing. New beer garden open early 2010. A range of Hall & Woodhouse real ales are available including Badger 1st Gold. Food is served every lunchtime and evening and includes steaks, fish, home made pies, curries, lasagne, specials and a Sunday roast. Take-away service available. Outside covered smoking area.
